Play of Form
My fellow practitioners I'm going to keep this piece of writing succinct. I had the good fortune to participate in Angelo's Online Winter Retreat. We had daily poetry sessions after rounds of meditation and talks. It rekindled the slumbering poet within me...So, on the penultimate day of the retreat, this is what came through: Play of Form As form I am pervasive, But in the raw I am elusive, A snare for those who try to catch me, A prayer for those who want to love me, Subtlety is my grandeur, The face of your undoer, Beneath your mumbles I am seen, Within those rumbles I am heard, Call me in earnest and I'll be your calling, See me unvarnished and you'll be what's seen, I take form in all things diverse, So can you feel me within this very verse? So my fellow practitioners...I want to leave you with that. It's all about coming back to our senses, quite literally. Feel the texture of life in its raw form and life itself will become a form of play. Take care! H...
